SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICY
- Orders are shipped via Fedex Ground.
- Orders are typically processed within 24-48 Hours.
- Order acknowledgement, confirmation of product availability, Delivery Confirmation & tracking information will be provided to you via email after your order is processed.
- Large and over sized items may incur additional shipping charges. You will be notified of any additional shipping charges prior to final processing and shipping and will have the opportunity to cancel or change your order as you wish.
Expected Delivery Dates:
- All delivery dates are estimated, and may vary.
- All packages will be delivered in approximately 3-5 business days from the time the order is processed. Orders will typically be processed within 24-48 hours. Notification will be given when order has shipped.
- If your purchased item is lost in transit or physically damaged when received, please contact Fedex and file a claim with them.
- If you are unsatisfied with the item you purchased upon receipt, please contact customer service at 844-442-7636 and a Credit Authorization will be issued.
- Any Credit/Return requests must be made within 30 days of initial purchase.
- Circumstances will warrant which party will assume the additional costs of shipping when dealing with returned/replaced items.
